To restore your purchase, please kindly follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the app.
Step 2: On the Home page, tap on the "VIP" icon
Step 3: On the next page, tap on the "Restore your purchase" button.
This usually resolves the issue. However, if it doesn't work, please contact our support and provide us with the following information:
- A screenshot of the purchase receipt (You should receive a confirmation email from the App Store/Google Play Store)
- A screenshot of the mentioned Ad
Note: Under the updated subscription policy, rewarded ads and banner ads will still be present for new subscribers.
