Our team is aware that there are some ads that are very hard to close. We're working hard with the ad providers to remove them as soon as possible.
In the meantime, when you encounter these ads:
- Look for the "X" or ">>" button on the corner of the screen, then tap on it. They should appear after 5-10 seconds of the ads.
- If a download page from the App Store/Play Store appears, tap on the Done button to close it.
If the ad doesn't close, please take a screenshot of the ad and send it to our in-app support. We'll work with the ad providers to remove them promptly.
