- Reset the game: Force close the app and reopen
- Close any other apps you’re not using
- Clear your app cache and data
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Woody 99 > Storage > Select Clear Cache and Clear Data
- iOS: Uninstall/Reinstall Woody 99
- Update the app: Check the App Store/Play Store for the latest update.
- Update device software: Ensure that your device has the latest OS version
If the freeze/crash still happens, please contact our in-app support and describe it clearly for us step by step before you encounter the freeze/crash. For example:
- Freeze/crash after scoring a streak 4.
- Freeze/crash after getting a 5000 high score.
- Freeze/crash after finish a match and right after seeing the ads.
- Freeze/crash after clicking on the banner ads while playing a match.
