These are some basic tips to help you get familiar with the game:
- TIP # 1 : Place same tier dice next to each other horizontally or vertically. Creating pair of same tier dice is the key to play dice merge games.
- TIP # 2: Distribute different tier dice unevenly, it helps create combo easier.
- TIP # 3: 1 tier apart dice should be placed 1 space apart or at least 1 space unevenly (This strategy may also be used for 2 tiers apart dice but not applicable for 3 or more tiers apart dice). This, most of the time, would allow you to place the in-between tier in the gap or connected to the gap in case of unevenly placed.
- TIP # 4: Don't block the way! Double dice require 2 spaces horizontally or vertically, always expect them to come your way. Unless you are aiming to use the 1-die-at-a-time strategy (explained in TIP #5 below), don't create single space on the board.
- TIP #5 : *Advanced tip* - use with caution. When there are only single spaces left on the board, the game will only spawn single die so you can fit them into the remaining spaces. Most of the time, you can exploit this mechanic if you somehow have very few spaces left and you simply need some single dices.
